At CartNester, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
